This photo was taken by one of my running buddy during my first visit to Wawasan Hill in Puchong.
I remembered on that morninng, we finished 21km long run, had breakfast and drove to Puchong. We did another 8km+ hike and reward ourselves with BKT lunch. It was a nice weekend filled with trainings and a lot of fun. When, when will I back to my long run? my training? I have a race tomorrow and I'm feeling want to DNS. Where's my fighting spirit? I guess I've lost it...
Sometimes you have to take a break and breathe before you can keep moving forward.
