The Shizens Time Resistance Essence, a product that serves as a true testament to the outer beauty and inner strength of women in this current demanding society has finally arrived in Malaysian!
About 1.5 months ago, I was invited to attend the launch event of the all-new Shizens Time Resistance Essence at KLGCC. This was my first time trying the Shizens products. During the launch event, Miss Ashley Tan , Deputy General Manager of Shizens Malaysia shared with us this new powerful essence - Shizens Time Resistance Essence. This is a firming skincare product that helps women to realize their dreams of keeping skin firm and supple throughout the day while performing their daily tasks.
I was lucky to bring back five Shizens products to try and of course the latest Shizens Time Resistance Essence.

My daily skincare routine:

Shizens Replenish Nutrient Expert
Step 1: Shizens Hydro Cleanser
Shizens Hydro Cleanser (RM158) comes in a size of 100ml. This is one of the skincare product from Shizens Hydro Series. This cleanser has the functions of skin hydration and anti-aging.
Shizens Hydro Cleanser contains Aloe Barbadensis leaf extracts which
is antimicrobial, antioxidant and able to moisturize dehydrated skin. I love it's pleasant smell when I cleansing my face every morning and evening.
The Shizens Hydro Cleanser comes in a pump bottle and it make the user easy to dispense the cleansing gel. It is
gentle, non-irritant and suitable for most skin types.
This Hydro Cleanser is able:
- to remove dirt and impurities without
stripping your skin moisture.
- it helps to increase the moisture level
of horned layer to make your skin look hydrated, healthy and radiant.
- Moisture level of a
dehydrated skin may increase up to 70% after a continuous use for one week, on
day and night time.
Every morning and evening, I use 2 pumps of the gel to cleanse my face. It's quite simple, all I need to do is just add water on the gel to form bubbles. Next, I start to gently massage the bubbles on my face and rinse off with water. My skin is smooth after every time I cleanse my face. Remember to remove your makeup before using this Hydro Cleanser as it is not a makeup remover.
Step 2: Shizens Hydro Enhancing Lotion
Shizens Hydro Enhancing Lotion (RM188) serves as the second step in my daily skincare routine. This lotion helps to further cleanse my face for better absorption of my following skincare products. It is also another skincare product from the Shizens Hydro Series.
The Shizens Hydro Enhancing Lotion contains licorice root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra) extracts to
repair skin cells for deceleration of skin aging. Besides that, it also
contains witch hazel extracts which is antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.
This Hydro Enhancing Lotion comes in a 100ml pump bottle. Easy and convenient to use at home.
It's clear and watery lotion with a pleasant smell. After cleansing my face, I pumped 3 pumps of this lotion on my palm and pat my face gently to allow the lotion penetrate into my face. My skin felt hydrated and supple after using this lotion. Now, I'm really for my 3rd step of my skincare regime.
Step 3: Shizens SHUI
Shizens SHUI (RM 50ml - RM288 / 180ml – RM588) is a watery aqua-base
product is a pure and natural way to detoxify negative substances and replenish
nutrients for healthier, supple and luminous skin.
The
essence is enriched with the Ganoderma Lucidumextract from a type of
mushroom known as ‘Reishi’ or ‘Ling Zhi’. It helps to enhance the immune system
of skin and delays aging. The
botanical extracts such as Patchouli extract and Corallina Officinalis extract
stimulate regeneration of skin cells and improve
intercellular adhesion, contributing to improve skin elasticity. The high
content of trace elements and mineral salts in the extracts nourish and
revitalise the skin, ensuring there is sufficient moisture within. Besides
that, the Ginkgo Biloba Leaf extract and Kalanchoe Spathulata extract provide
maximum anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory protection. Not only that, the SHUĬ
is also formulated with Centella Asiatica extract and Root extract that helps
decelerate the skin aging process.
The Shizens SHUI available in 50ml or 180ml bottle. The bottle that I received is the 50ml Shizens SHUI.
After cleansing and toning my face, I pour a small mount of SHUI on my palm and pat on my face softly.
Sometimes, I damp cotton with SHUI and spread on face evenly. Instantly, my skin felt more hydrated, supple and smooth after this product. It's in clear watery texture with pleasant smell.
Step 4: Shizens Time Resistance Essence
The Shizens Time Resistance Essence (30ml, RM 618) is my favourite product in all the 5 products I have used for the passed 1.5 months. This
essence focuses on nourishing, firming, moisturizing and brightening
the skin. Almost all the benefits can be found in this bottle of
essence.
Nourishing
Time Resistance Essence nourishes skin with precisely
selected ingredients such as Ceramide(plant-derived lipids), Kalanchoe
Spathulata extract, Sodium Hyaluronate and others that synergize perfectly with
each other to hold skin cells together and rebuild the skin barrier, while
hindering the grow of harmful free radicals to decelerate skin aging.
Firming
Time Resistance Essence strengthens existing Ceramides
levels and stimulates regeneration for firmer and smoother skin. It helps to
maintain high levels of Ceramides in the stratum corneum, thus restoring the
barrier function that protects the skin from external harmful agents such as
environmental pollution, UV rays, dust and others.
Moisturizing
With the presence of Sodium Hyaluronate, Time Resistance
Essence is able to boost up the water levels in the skin, ensuring it stays
moist and hydrated all day long.
Brightening
Ceramide plays an important role in Time Resistance Essence.
It seals the damaged skin barrier in order to hold sufficient moisture level in
skin. Time Resistance Essence boost up the moisture level in skin, thus
the brightening effect take place.
The Time Resistance Essence is specifically formulated with Ceramide, a natural lipid that
is essential in protecting and moisturizing the skin. This essence
is also designed to counter harmful factors and decelerate skin aging. It
reinforces and supports the renewal of the skin’s natural protective layer and
forms an effective barrier against moisture loss by restoring Ceramides level
in skin. By plumping up the barrier, Time Resistance Essence ensures your skin
retains more moisture, thus making it firmer and healthier. 
Like most of the luxury essence, the Shizens Time Resistance Essence comes in a glass bottle with dropper dispenser.
It's light milky texture with pleasant smell. I usually use 3 drops of the essence and gently massage on my face and neck. This essence absorbed quickly into my skin and leave my skin smooth and radiant. The fines on forehead become less visible. A great essence to invest for nourishing, firming, moisturizing and brightening
the skin.
Step 5: Shizens Replenish Nutrient Expert
The Shizens Replenish Nutrient Expert (10g - RM148 / 30g - RM380) is a day and night to moisturize that calm and protect the skin from free radical damages and suppress the visible
signs of aging.
The Shizens Replenish Nutrient Expert contains natural herbs that proven to have
anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-oxidant and healing properties.
The
potent anti-oxidant formula in this product acts against skin premature aging
by stimulating skin cells activity as active skin cells eliminate toxins easily
and optimize nutrients absorption.
It has a light, non-greasy and yoghurt looks a-like texture
that allows deeper absorption into the granular layer of skin to moisturize as
well as prevent the formation of fine lines and wrinkles. I find that the smell is a bit too sweet. However, it has a good function. My skin feels supple after I apply it.
After I have been using the Shizens products for 1.5 months, my skin becomes more radiant and hydrated. My face become less oily in the afternoon and the fine lines on my forehead has significantly reduced.
