Launch of "Season of Joy at Sunway"

YBhg Dato’ Dr Ong Hong Peng, Secretary General of Tourism of Malaysia, officially launched Sunway Resort City’s year-end celebration, “Season of Joy at Sunway” last evening, with the lighting up of Sunway Resort City’s fascinating 2 km festive  showlights and a 30 foot Christmas tree.
YBhg Dato’ Dr Ong was accompanied by YBhg Dato’ Ngeow Voon Yean, Managing Director, Property Investment Division, Sunway Berhad; Sunway Lagoon’s mascots, Captain and Lady Quack; Sunway Pyramid’s mascots, Leo and Leona; the London Boys; the casts of Beauty and the Beast The Musical; and the management of Sunway Berhad.

Launch 'Season of Joy at Sunway' - Dato' Dr. Ong Hong Peng and Sunway Management flocked by characters of 'Beauty and the Beast' musical.

Interpreting Christmas as a season of joy, the gift of Christmas joy is shared in the form of abundant activities lined up for the festive celebration at Sunway Resort City.

Christmas Parade at the Sunway Resort City, 15 December 2012, featuring the line-up from the “Season of Joy at Sunway” superstars including the cast from Beauty and the Beast: The Musical, The London Boys, Miss Tourism International, Captain and Lady Quack, Leo and Leona, as well as Santa Claus and his Santarinas.
International musical, “Beauty and the Beast” at Ampitheatre, Sunway Lagoon, 1st – 31st December 2012.  The Musical for the first time ever, will feature live musicians by West End productions. Sunway Lagoon has allocated more than 4,000 complimentary seats for underprivileged children to enjoy the musical.

For a melodious evening, Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa will be featuring life jazz performances at New Orleans Bar & Grill every Thursday to Saturday from 8.00pm onwards. The ‘Jazz Saturdays’ highlight a New Orleans Dinner Buffet priced at RM128++ per person with live cooking stations.

The Official Launching of Impiana KLCC Hotel's Club Tower

21st May 2012, was a meaningful day for Impiana KLCC Hotel. Member of medias and bloggers were invited to the official launching of this leading four-star business class hotel.  
On this a sunny afternoon, Impiana KLCC Hotel's new Club Tower was officiated  was officially launched by Yang Berbahagia Tan Sri Ahmad Fuad, Mayor of Kuala Lumpur and witnessed by Encik Hashim Wahir, CEO of KLCC Property Holdings Berhad and Dato’ Seri farouk Abdullah, Chairman of Impiana Hotels and Resorts Management Sdn Bhd.

The Impiana KLCC Hotel is owned by Heritage Lane Sdn Bhd (a wholly owned subsidiary of KLCC (Holdings) Sdn Bhd as the Master Developer of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC),  announced its expansion with:

A landmark Hotel With A New Name ~Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur~

On 1•11•11, The Coronade Hotel has been rebranded as Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur.
This name change is the beginning of a broad rebranding exercise to inform the industry of the new management and name change of the hotel.

Encik Sazrul Fadzil views this change as a positive move in creating larger market impact, higher guests’ traffic and greater regional confidence through its newer rooms, improved F&B outlets and greater commitment to service. 
This commitment is best exemplified through the hotel’s current tagline ‘ Every Room A Home'. This tagline serves as more than just as a marketing phrase but has become an inherent value planted in the minds of each staff within the hotel in carrying their day-to-day functions.

In October 2010, The Coronade Hotel was officially taken over by Hotel Royal Limited, which owns the Hotel Royal Group. This regional group has had long and established reputation of quality and service excellence.
 Yang Berbahagia Datuk Hj. Mohd Ilyas Zainol Abidin, President of Malaysian Association of Hotels was also present at the soft launch of Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur to officiate the launch.

In conjunction with the launch will be the participation of the Kuala Lumpur Taxi Association which will mark its presence at the launch event with 111 taxi’s (privateers and companies alike) being driven to the front of the hotel, each receiving a goodwill bag. This is to show Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur’s continued support and appreciation to the taxi community who has given unrelenting support to the hotel through out these years.

'We Care with PRIDE' Media Launch Campaign

Beginning of this year 2011, I was invited to attend a very meaningful event, the 'We Care with PRIDE' Media Launch Campaign. ' We Care with PRIDE' is a breast cancer education and awareness campaign organized by the Coronade Hotel Kuala Lumpur joins effort with Pink Ribbon Deeds (PRIDE) Foundation Malaysia. This media event was held at Kasturi Restaurant, Coronade Hotel Kuala Lumpur. 
PRIDE Foundation (Pink Ribbon Deeds) is a charity body that aims to enhance awareness efforts and improve accessibility to treatment and care of breast cancer at all levels of society. PRIDE Foundation was incorporated in 2006 as a non-profit organization governed by a Board of trustees. This incorporation is a tribute to the late Tun Endon Mahmood's courage, resilience and strength in her battle against breast cancer. PRIDE's mission is to enhance awareness efforts and improve accessibility of treatment and care of breast cancer at all levels of society.
