YBhg Dato’ Dr Ong Hong Peng, Secretary General of Tourism of
Malaysia, officially launched Sunway Resort City’s year-end celebration,
“Season of Joy at Sunway” last evening, with the lighting up of Sunway Resort
City’s fascinating 2 km festive
showlights and a 30 foot Christmas tree.
YBhg Dato’ Dr Ong was accompanied by YBhg Dato’ Ngeow Voon
Yean, Managing Director, Property Investment Division, Sunway Berhad; Sunway
Lagoon’s mascots, Captain and Lady Quack; Sunway Pyramid’s mascots, Leo and
Leona; the London Boys; the casts of Beauty and the Beast The Musical; and the
management of Sunway Berhad.

Launch 'Season of Joy at Sunway' - Dato' Dr. Ong Hong Peng and Sunway Management flocked by characters of 'Beauty and the Beast' musical.
Interpreting Christmas as a season of joy, the gift of
Christmas joy is shared in the form of abundant activities lined up for the
festive celebration at Sunway Resort City.
Christmas Parade at the Sunway Resort
City, 15 December 2012, featuring the line-up from the “Season of Joy at Sunway”
superstars including the cast from Beauty and the Beast: The Musical, The
London Boys, Miss Tourism International, Captain and Lady Quack, Leo and Leona,
as well as Santa Claus and his Santarinas.
International musical, “Beauty and the Beast” at Ampitheatre,
Sunway Lagoon, 1st – 31st December 2012. The Musical for the first time ever, will
feature live musicians by West End
productions. Sunway Lagoon has allocated more than 4,000 complimentary seats
for underprivileged children to enjoy the musical.
The world’s first first water-based 5D attraction. The
Waterplexx 5D is the ultimate multi-sensory experience which engages the
rider’s sense of sight, sound and touch, in one thrilling action machine. You

For a melodious evening, Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa will
be featuring life jazz performances at New Orleans Bar & Grill every
Thursday to Saturday from 8.00pm onwards. The ‘Jazz Saturdays’ highlight a New
Orleans Dinner Buffet priced at RM128++ per person with live cooking stations.
Sunway Pyramid, living up to its promise of a unique
shopping adventure by having a host of engaging activities for its shoppers.
Drop by the “Pine of Hope” Christmas tree to purchase ornaments and trinkets
